This is such a generous, clear breakdown. Thank you for putting real signal into a moment that feels confusing for so many designers. It reads less like βdo betterβ and more like βhereβs the map,β which is exactly what people need right now.
all amazing points, while I agree that as a designer I need to be ready with my work material, I ask myself it is necessary to prepare everything (case studies, loom vids, tailored decks)? In this journey, at what point, which material hits the sweet spot? Iβm asking because Iβve sent tailored decks, tracked analytics and noticed it wasnβt even opened. I doubt there is a one fits all solution here, and honestly I donβt see any other way than you have mentioned.. Just wanted to share my experience coming from a mid-level designer.
Great article, very practical and actionable. I have seen this as well when hiring that what is required has changed and grown to adapt to new AI tools.
Great article! I already feel burnt out just from reading it πΆβπ«οΈ
Oh no, that wasn't the intention. How can I help you?
Very helpful and precise article!
The points around connecting the dots for recruiters and managers is so apt, yet we often miss it.
Amazing, this is so helpful! Canβt wait to put this to practice.
Awesome guidelines! Very useful for own work communication
